Ethical Management
Ethical management means the management spirit through which we consider "Business Ethics” as the top priority in company management and corporation activities and pursue to do transparent, fair, and reasonable business. Doosung Tech has widely established and practiced the area of ethical regulations, from the Company’s essential responsibilities to its social responsibilities through the ethical rules. It has executed moral and fraud prevention education to practice voluntary ethical management. All of the executives and staff of Doosung Tech will cultivate a transparent and fair organizational culture through the practice of ethical management.
			Ethical Management of Doosung Tech

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of the ethical management of Doosung Tech is for all the executives and staff of Doosung Tech (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) to comply with the reasonable and fair standard practices of transactions and also to practice the win-win management through which all the interested parties can coexist through the securement of the reliance of internal and external customers.

Article 2 (Objects of Application)
1. The Company’s executives and staff shall be familiar with and comply with the ethical regulations.
2. These regulations shall apply to all the executives, staff, and local employees who work for the Company’s Headquarters and overseas corporations. 
 
Article 3 (Definitions of Terms)
1. ‘Money’ or ‘money and valuables’ refers to cash, securities, and other economic profits. 
2. ‘Treat’ or ‘entertainment’ refers to such benefits as meals, drinking, sports, entertainment, etc.
3. ‘Convenience’ refers to transportation, accommodation, guidance of sightseeing, support of events, etc.
4. ‘Interested parties’ means all the natural persons, legal persons, and groups that are affected by the behaviors of the executives and staff related to the business.

Article 4 (Acceptance of Bribery)
1. Where the interested parties provide money, the executives or staff shall not receive it and return it to them reverently
2. Where any executive or staff has received money, they shall report the fact to the Audit Office. They shall also transmit or return it to the interested parties who have provided the money or affiliated company so that the return can be verified under the name of the person(s) who has received the money.

Article 5 (Acceptance of Gifts)
1. Where the interested parties provide money, the executives or staff shall not receive it and return it to them reverently. (In case of a promotional item or discount benefit, the executives or staff may receive it as far as it is allowable to anybody. However, in case of an intentional gift, it shall be considered as a ‘gift.’

Article 6 (Expenditure for Congratulations and Condolences)
1. Where social norms recognize a reason of the family event of an individual, the expenditure for congratulations and condolences shall be exempted from reporting to the Audit Office.
- The expenditure for congratulations and condolences: Only for the immediate family event, including the principal, acceptance of the cash of less than 100,000 won shall be allowed.

Article 7 (Prohibition of the Burden of Expenses)
1. No executive or employee shall make an interested party burden any cost, demand, or receive an adjusted amount, giving a receipt at an entertainment for customers or a department get-together.
2. Where an executive or employee runs across an interested party at a department get-together and the interested party has calculated the expenses first, it shall cancel the settlement of the costs and, if impossible, report the fact to the Audit Office, handle it by its own money or to the company account depending on the individual issue; and then return it to the interested party concerned.

Article 8 (Treat and Entertainment)
1. An executive or an employee of the Company may receive conventional hospitality, such as meals or sound entertainment for the coordination of business, with the approval of the Chief of the Division concerned. However, the hospitality shall be limited to 30,000 won per person.
2. Even in the case of a meal for the coordination of business, where its level exceeds the limit as prescribed or is likely to deteriorate to a prohibited type of entertainment, the executive or employee shall avoid or stop this. (Ex, a meal or luncheon exceeding the limit as prescribed, use of a luxurious entertainment place, gambling practices, etc.)

Article 9 (Convenience Offer)
1. An executive or employee of the Company shall not demand any provision of convenience or receive it.
2. Only the convenience whose content is not prohibited by laws or custom and which is provided to the majority shall be allowed, and it shall be reported to the Chief of the Division concerned.
